Yep the Goffs are off to JC Penney’s for our new family portrait this morning.
All my parents ask is that I try to do a little better than last time.

What do you get when you have 5 adults and 2 grandkids at a portrait sitting?
1)A gazillion takes and stuffed doggies in your face because the kids won’t sit still or look at the camera.
2) A very frustrated photographer because 4 grown women cannot agree on the “good shot”
How did it end? Of course Chin’s choice prevailed.

Reminds me of our family pictures a little bit but we had the matching sweaters LOL. My father always looked confused, I always looked like one of my brothers was poking me or distracting me, my 3 brothers had various states of mischievous or confused faces and my mother a stiff smile because we were not behaving perfectly for the picture.
Ah, such is life, you were a cutie pie then and you still are, I can see that you and your 2 other sisters do have very different personalities.
Angie, thank you for showing this picture. I assure you I have purchased a new sports coat with a little less lapel.
