Oscar Night is BIG in DC and there’s only one official Academy sanctioned viewing party in town. Whatever you feel comfortable in and what your instincts tell you for this occasion, but I vote for #1. Purple dresses are in and it looks like it’ll flow well. I think it will attract more attention. Check out the InStyle website too.
