I guess I should’ve posted this a while back. Yes I’m still writing just on a new site. Hope you can join me at for more. Also make sure you subscribe to our Facebook LIVES. We do them every Saturday and Sunday morning during our NBC4 broadcast. Happy New Year!

Bump or Dump: Pink Strapless

Thanks to Daniel Swartz with for snaggin’ this shot of me and the hubby at the Capital City Ball. Another dress designed by Liz Stajka. It’s part of her maternity line at Elizabeth St. John.

BUMP or DUMP: Cool Jewels

5 Weeks to go and I’ve found black is the best way to go in trying to flatter an evergrowing belly. The jeweled flags on the shoulders of this Pea in the Pod sweater add a  little shimmer to the look. Follow my pregnancy on-air and online at Oh My Baby on

BUMP or DUMP: Twisted Turtle

Liz Lange came out with these new dresses.. comes  in heather grey too. The twisted turtle neck is a nice change from the wrap/empire dress look. From Target. Follow Oh My Baby on

BUMP or DUMP: Tummy Mummy

This is a cool shirt. It has a never ending wrap top by Lilac Maternity… you literally keep wrapping it around like you’re spoolin’ a mummy! It’s good support for the belly I may add. Really love these wide leg, wide band black cotton pants by Olian too. Got them at a maternity boutique in SC called BEE Maternal.

BUMP OR DUMP: LBD… well kinda

This is as close to an LBD we’re gonna get. Ruched black, spandexy dress by Isabella Oliver accented with Stella & Dot Nolita necklace made of sparkly strands!

BUMP or DUMP: Tighty Whitey

Today we go back to the basics, white on top, black on bottom and a pinch of red  to round it out below!

BUMP or DUMP: Color of Choice

I’ve decided… this BLUE will be my Fall color of choice. Gonna try to buy more of it. I just have to say whether you like it or not.. I love  TARGET’s new shipment of sweater dresses. This ruffle number isn’t maternity (just a size up!) and is really soft and comfy. It comes in different colors. They also have a cute cable sweater design too that I was eye-ballin in the color ‘oatmeal.’ (come to think of it..maybe I just wanted some oatmeal 😉

BUMP or DUMP: Emerald City

One of my favorite designers (she did my jr bridesmaids and flower girl gowns) Liz Stajka made this 100% silk gown for me for the Komen 30th Anniversary Gala at the Kennedy Center! What do you think? Check out her new gowns for the fall full of beautiful jewel tones like this at Little Flowers by Odyssey. Liz also has a new couture bridal line called Elizabeth St. John.

BUMP or DUMP: Wrap it up

It’s my new favorite way to wear things. Just wrap it like a big burrito.
