Steve Jobs… you are an American visionary, a pioneer an incredible thinker that will continue to inspire.
Here are some great photos of the Apple store in Clarendon taken by Michael Domingo. On twitter I loved these words of Steve Jobs shared by Ebong Eka: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”
I also loved seeing some of my Facebook friends change their profile pic to an Apple icon with a silhouette of Jobs within.
Royalty was the theme at a Real Housewives of DC party held downtown at Eden Lounge. Sassy Brit Cat Ommanney along with fellow housewives Mary Amons and Stacie Turner celebrated her new book, ‘Inbox Full.’
The book called ‘Inbox Full’ chronicles Ommanney’s search for a new life and love via text messages kept over the last 4 years. Cat tells us it also delves into the reason she had to go public about her tryst with Prince Harry. WUSA9 content contributorLeigh Macdonaldwent one on one with Cat about everything from a 2nd season to that ‘World Class Kiss!’
As for what’s ahead, Ommaney was recently spotted wearing a battery pack at this NY book launch. It has us asking are the wives back for a 2nd season? Ommaney wouldn’t say YES but said there is something definitely in the works and that she’s been in talks with a couple production companies.
Princess Stacie? Also revealed at the party: Housewife Stacie Turner is a Princess now in Nigeria. Stacie’s husband Jason said it recently happened after Stacie reunited with her birth father. Stacie was adopted through the D.C. adoptive system and recently undertook a difficult, yet ultimately successful, search to find her birth father.
