We came, we saw, we wore stilettos.. wedges.. platforms and even flashy flats!

There wasn’t an extra seat left in the historic AFI Silver Theatre for the official Warner Bros. & Moet-Chandon screening of Sex and the City 2. Here’s what some of Washington’s top fashionistas had to say after the Champagne & Cinema night:
My favs were many of Samantha’s one liners (like “ohhh Charles of my Labia” instead of Charles of Arabia) – HAH! -Kristina Dorville, Government
I appreciated how they focused on what real women go through from being single, married, kids and menopause, lol. -Maggy Francois, Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce
I wish there was more flashbacks to their youth when they first arrived in NYC. It was a blast of a movie that sure didn’t disappoint but left me holding my breath for the trilogy.

Movie Times: Sex and the City 2
SATC is like seeing old friends again. Everyone smiles when their favorite comes on the screen. I was sort of disappointed that they took the ladies out of NYC. I always enjoyed finding out the new hot restaurants, night clubs, stores. -Amanda Polk, Philanthropist
I had such a great time with all of the girls and loved the Moet combo. -Courtney Robinson, ABC7 Reporter
I loved the flashbacks to them first arriving in new york and samantha getting kicked out of the country for making out on the beach was classic. -Lauren Pomponio, Muscle Milk
Loved: The dynamic about mothers was especially lovely to share with my mom and I felt like it helped me better understand how it must have been to raise me as a single parent.
-Carissa Maguire, Event Planner
I liked some of the outfits and how the middle east was portrayed as modern and old, extravagant and over the top in some ways and simple and 3rd world in other ways…that is soooo true -Dr. Alex Naini, Aesthetic Dental Spa
Pros: Great fashion, Aidan is hot, loved Carries hair (but hated a couple of outfits where her boobs were bursting out. It looked a bit desperate). Cons: There was a TON of advertising -Jenny Goff, Teacher
I was expecting more fashion but loved when the middle eastern women de-robed w/ the spring collection of some known designers. -Christine Brooks-Cropper, GWFCC
I also like how they show that no ones life is perfect. If you are single, married, or have kids, there are always new challenges! -Keri Ann Meslar, Philanthropy/Events
Andrea Roane, Wes Vaughn , Suzanne Mansfield and Jenny Goff
