Topp-I-Am also better known as WUSA’s weatherman Topper Shutt helped our newsteam to victory at the 30th Anniversary of ChildHelp’s Capitol CAREaoke. Held at the Ronald Reagan building the event raised thousands to end child abuse… thanks to some very brave media personalities. Check out this awesome video shot by WUSA contributor Leigh Macdonald.
