We enjoyed Citronelle’s fashion show and great wining and dining at Peacock Cafe’ after hours.  Check out more pictures from DC’s most fashionable night!

Strength in Numbers: Pink Jam's "Thousand Words"

What an inspiring night. 100 spectacular photos of people in our community… survivors, fighters, lovers, performers. All with words in hand  ready to send breast cancer a message.

The exhibit at the Atlas Performing Arts Center was presented by Pink Jams and Shoot for Change. Titled “A Thousand Words” the exhibit brought together brave faces of those who’ve been touched by breast cancer.

Hats off to Pink Jams’ Christa Floresca and Shoot for Change’s Walter Grio. The dynamic duo proved we can all think pink through the power of black and white.

Check out some of our friends featured in the exhibit below. We caught up with Kate Marie Grinold, Ashley Estill, Nadine & Bryan Namoff, Jennifer Harlow, Friends of CBCC and Lynda Erkiletian.. who was so kind to give this mommy’s arms a short break 😉

Real Housewives' Cat Talks New Book, That Royal Kiss

Royalty was the theme at a Real Housewives of DC party held downtown at Eden Lounge. Sassy Brit Cat Ommanney along with fellow housewives Mary Amons and Stacie Turner celebrated her new book, ‘Inbox Full.’

VIDEO: CLICK TO SEE ANGIE’S REPORT ON WUSA9

The book called ‘Inbox Full’ chronicles Ommanney’s search for a new life and love via text messages kept over the last 4 years. Cat tells us it also delves into the reason she had to go public about her tryst with Prince Harry. WUSA9 content contributor Leigh Macdonald went one on one with Cat about everything from a 2nd season to that ‘World Class Kiss!’

As for what’s ahead, Ommaney was recently spotted wearing a battery pack at this NY book launch. It has us asking are the wives back for a 2nd season? Ommaney wouldn’t say YES but said there is something definitely in the works and that she’s been in talks with a couple production companies.

Princess Stacie? Also revealed at the party: Housewife Stacie Turner is a Princess now in Nigeria. Stacie’s husband Jason said it recently happened after Stacie reunited with her birth father. Stacie was adopted through the D.C. adoptive system and recently undertook a difficult, yet ultimately successful, search to find her birth father.

Spit out your gum before you meet Nicole Miller!

A few minutes with Nicole Miller and you quickly learn she dislikes typos (tweet typos really irk her), restricts gum-chewing in the office and is an avid environmentalist who recycles EVERYTHING that’s recyclable.

Perhaps the secret to a successful business came in her response to being asked what she would’ve done differently when she opened her first store, knowing what she knows now. Miller  indicated to our Leigh Macdonald that she “might have fired a few people sooner.”

Oh SASSY! We like!

This all went down as shoppers got their fashion and philanthropy on at  Miller’s newly-renovated store in Tysons Galleria.Among the crowd, DC Housewives Lynda Erkiletian and Mary Amons.  15% of the event’s proceeds went to a pediatric hospital right here in D.C.–Children’s National Medical Center

Other notable guests attending: Kate Michael and Aba Bonney Kwawu of The Aba Agency.  Check out coverage of the event on the WUSA Morning Show here.
