PICTURES & VIDEO: 3D Sonogram of Little Girl

Peggy Fox joined my famly and friends for my first ‘social sonogram’… something more expecting moms are starting to do. Linda Rihani who runs Baby to Be Images says it’s a growing trend. A visit that use to be just between partners has an open door policy at some place. At Baby To Be  there’s a plush couch for guests and gorgeous mural on the wall where the images of your baby are projected for all to ooooh and awwwww.  Pictures below.

For $125 I got the session and a CD with 3D and 2D pictures of my baby and a DVD recording of the entire session. At 29 weeks my baby was still breach so it was tough to see past her hand. I plan to go back in a few weeks when she is turned so I can get a full view of her face and more!  For more information check out

Need Knobs!

When deciding on a ‘changing table’ I went with one that can be used as a dresser after the baby gets older.

I love the white finish but not so much the knobs. I’m on a hunt… and considering a few from anthropologie, Home Depot and ones I found online. I ordered the antique brass lion pulls and gonna test them out.

How to pamper a pregger

Whoever invented the body pillow deserves  a Peace Prize. Holy smokes… this thing is awesome.

It was the first step towards 1 hour of pure bliss. I ventured to The Still Point at it’s stunning new location in Takoma Park. That’s where I was greeted by Erika who specializes in prenatal massages. All I remember is cradling my body pillow while she worked my muscles from head to toe. I drifted off just enough to remain relaxed but still aware so I could enjoy the treatment. I usually like a ton of pressure but this was perfect. It wasn’t too hard and wasn’t too light. Just perfect.

SPECIAL: If you’re expecting, The Still Point is offering 15% off pre-natal massages. When you book let them know you heard about it through Oh My Baby!
