Bra Art… Vote or Submit Your Own

Cups Full of Hope is an art exhibition that raises money for women that confront breast cancer. I loved chatting with Barbara Rorer, a co-chair for the event and Claire Meade, executive board member of the group Success in the City about the display.

Tigerlily raises $100K for breast cancer

Oh Snap! Tigerlily is fierce

It may be March Madness but Washington got wild about the football stars who turned out to support the ‘Tigerlily Kick-Off for Breast Cancer’. Redskins Jason Campbell, Lorenzo Alexander and Kedric Golston spoke from the heart to a crowd packed Josephine on Vermont. The ladies of the night: Tigerlily founder and breast cancer survivor Maimah Karmo & dentist Dr. Alex Naini who planned the party that will help so many young women from the metro area!

Jason Campbell, Redskins team up for Tigerlily

We’re having a party and you’re invited. Redskin QB Jason Campbell and more of your favorite Redskins are hosting the Tigerlily Kick-Off event March 25th. I’ll be emceeing the inspirational evening that promises great company, media heads, food, drinks and entertainment.

Angie’s Army reports on the Tigerlily Foundation’s bachelor and bachelorette Auction for breast cancer. Virginians gather for a harvest dinner to celebrate locally grown food. Nationally, 75 artists gather to re-record “We Are the World” to benefit Haiti.
