Capitol CAREaoke: CNN, FNC, WUSA Sing Hearts Out

Topp-I-Am also better known as WUSA’s weatherman Topper Shutt helped our newsteam to victory at the 30th Anniversary of ChildHelp’s Capitol CAREaoke. Held at the Ronald Reagan building the event raised thousands to end child abuse… thanks to some very brave media personalities. Check out this awesome video shot by WUSA contributor Leigh Macdonald. It includes Teddy Eynon who had the courage to share his heartbreaking story of surviving abuse as a child.

Jim Angle leads the FNC’s team

Our social media butterflies Pamela Sorensen and Kate Michael sang with the ‘Scene Setters’ group

Leigh Macdonald with the voice of the CAPS Wes Johnson

With event founder and dear friend Rebecca Cooper and extreme soloist Luke Russert who won the crowd over with his crazy rendition of Born to Run.
