Trying 'Mommy Bootcamp' aka Gettin' my booty kicked!

Mommy strong all day long!

Mommy Bootcamp instructor Kathy Corbey invited me out for one of their Saturday morning classes at the Dulles Town Center. The 1 hour class was filled with lots of stretching, cardio, use of your own weight exercises and included laps around the mall with your stroller! I’ve trained for a marathon and enjoyed lifting weights but nothing prepared me for this (In video, I’m in the bright yellow t-shirt).¬† Also look for the cheering section more concerned with not dropping their Cheerios than their mama’s performance!
