Mommy strong all day long!
Mommy Bootcamp instructor Kathy Corbey invited me out for one of their Saturday morning classes at the Dulles Town Center. The 1 hour class was filled with lots of stretching, cardio, use of your own weight exercises and included laps around the mall with your stroller! I’ve trained for a marathon and enjoyed lifting weights but nothing prepared me for this (In video, I’m in the bright yellow t-shirt). Also look for the cheering section more concerned with not dropping their Cheerios than their mama’s performance!
Why I like: It’s affordable and your workout is modified based on weeks expecting to post-baby level. Here’s July’s Schedule
